1. Age Restriction & Eligibility

YOU MUST BE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ACCESS THIS WEBSITE OR PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS.

By accessing this site, placing an order, or using any GhostFaceGorilla services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. Any attempt to access or purchase by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited.

GhostFaceGorilla reserves the right to cancel orders, deny access, and report violations where age misrepresentation is suspected.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you affirmatively agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use this site or complete a purchase.

3. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery (Binding Alignment)

All orders are processed within 6–72 hours, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.
Once an order is tendered to the carrier (USPS), ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer, subject only to any active shipping insurance selected at checkout.
Delivery Confirmation
Carrier tracking and a “Delivered” status constitute final and conclusive proof of delivery.
GhostFaceGorilla does not issue refunds or replacements for:
- Orders marked “Delivered” by the carrier
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Theft occurring after delivery
These terms apply regardless of customer claims of non-receipt.

4. Shipping Insurance & Assumption of Risk

Shipping Insurance is included by default unless explicitly removed at checkout.

If insurance is active, GhostFaceGorilla may assist with carrier claims
If insurance is removed, the customer assumes full responsibility for loss, theft, or damage during transit

Orders shipped without insurance are not eligible for replacement or refund under any circumstances.

5. Refunds, Returns & Chargeback Prevention

GhostFaceGorilla offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible products only as stated in the Refund Policy.
Refunds:
- Apply to product cost only
- Exclude shipping, insurance, and carrier fees
- Require compliance with return eligibility rules
Chargeback Abuse
Initiating a chargeback for any of the following constitutes fraudulent or abusive behavior:
- Orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier
- Delays caused by USPS
- Claims contradicting tracking evidence
- Failure to contact support prior to dispute filing
GhostFaceGorilla reserves the right to:
- Submit tracking, IP logs, and policy acceptance records to processors
- Permanently suspend accounts
- Refuse future service

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned due to address errors:

Are not refundable
May be reshipped at the customer’s expense once received

GhostFaceGorilla is not responsible for misdeliveries caused by customer input errors.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, trademarks, logos, product names, images, and written material are the exclusive property of GhostFaceGorilla or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. User Submissions

Any content submitted (reviews, messages, media) grants GhostFaceGorilla a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use such content for business purposes.

Submissions are non-confidential.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Submit false delivery or fraud claims
Abuse refund or dispute systems
Attempt to circumvent age restrictions
Use the site for unlawful or deceptive purposes

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

GhostFaceGorilla disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GHOSTFACEGORILLA BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE ORDER AT ISSUE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GhostFaceGorilla from any claims arising from:

Your misuse of the site
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks

13. Hemp Product Compliance

All products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain ≤ 0.3% Delta-9 THC.

14. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION THROUGH JAMS.

No class actions
No jury trials
Individual claims only

Arbitration will occur via teleconference or videoconference.

This agreement is governed by North Carolina law and the Federal Arbitration Act.
